YOUR TASKS:
Join the Equity Derivatives desk at Kepler Capital Markets. This internship offers deep exposure to Flow Derivatives Sales/Trading and Execution Services (Listed Derivatives, Price Discovery, and Electronic Execution). You will work at the heart of the trading floor, supporting the desk's operational and technical efficiency.
Trade Support & Execution: Manage the confirmation of transactions for institutional clients and provide administrative assistance to the trading desk.
Systems Management: Utilize professional trading platforms including CScreen, UTS, and TEO to monitor market flow and execution.
Middle Office & Reporting: Ensure accurate internal reporting and act as a Trading Backup for the desk’s daily operations.
Quantitative Tool Development: Design and build advanced Excel tools, pricers, and automated systems using VBA to streamline trading strategies.
YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS:
Education: Currently pursuing a Master’s degree from a top-tier Business School, Engineering School, or University, specializing in Finance or Economics.
Product Knowledge: Solid understanding of Derivatives products, specifically Vanilla Options, is mandatory.
Technical Proficiency: Expert command of MS Office (Excel/VBA). Familiarity with Bloomberg is a strong advantage.
Soft Skills: High level of dynamism, proactivity, and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure trading environment.
Communication: Excellent analytical and synthesis skills with the ability to communicate complex data clearly.
Language Requirements: Fluency in both French and English is required.
Candidate must have a school placement agreement covering the entire duration of the assignment.
RECRUITMENT PROCESS:
Between 2 and 3 rounds of interviews: both fit and technical questions.
