YOUR TASKS: 

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Permanent Controller for Operational Risk Monitoring. This role encompasses second-level controls across all business processes, both front and support functions. The successful candidate will possess a solid understanding of risk management and the regulation in coordination with business units and risk management teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the implementation of second-level controls (documentary checks, procedural analysis, data analysis, etc.).
• Collection and analysis of errors and incidents.
• Feeding the incident collection database and ensuring compliance with the Basel classification system.
• Preparation of observation sheets and presentation materials.
• Debriefing of key findings to the audited departments.
• Preparation and maintenance of operating procedures.
• Supporting the Risk Department in updating the operational risk map.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Experience in internal audit or operational risk management is preferred.
• Open to candidates looking to pivot their career towards this field.
• Excellent proficiency in English is essential; French is a plus.
• Background in the Brokerage sector is a plus.
