YOUR TASKS:
Organisation of virtual and physical events in the financial industry as part of a cross-border corporate access team.
Main responsibilities:
Events coordination and execution:
- Responsible for the organisation of virtual and physical Corporate Roadshows, Analyst Roadshows, Conferences, Fieldtrips and Bespoke Meetings (both local and international).
- Master virtual events platforms and help introduce new technologies.
- Draft invitations, compile investors targeting and coordinate itineraries and event schedules.
- Manage communication to ensure all stakeholders have clear and timely updates ahead of events:
- With institutional investors and listed companies
- With Corporate Access team (both in the US and with the all the other Kepler Cheuvreux offices)
- With Travel desk
- With Research
- With Sales force
- Ensure flawless logistics and execution on the day of events.
- For physical events: welcome and host participants on-site on the day of the event.
- Liaise with participants after events to collect feedback.
- Attend sales meetings weekly to brief the team on events booking and corporate access priorities
Admin:
- General administrative work and support for local sales and analysts
- Occasional office management tasks
Key Contacts:
External
- Corporates, investors (clients), technology providers for virtual events, various providers for physical events (drivers/hotels/restaurants/caterers).
Internal
- Corporate access team/ Research team / Sales team / ECM team
Legal & Regulatory Responsibilities:
- Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory and internal Compliance requirements applicable to the brokerage industry, including, but not limited to, Financial Crime and Fraud prevention obligations such as reporting to the Money Laundering Reporting Officer.
- Maintain appropriate knowledge to ensure continued competence to undertake the role. Complete all mandatory training as required to attain and maintain competence.

Essential Qualifications:
- Good Powerpoint, Microsoft office and Outlook skills
- Knowledge of Zoom / Teams
Desirable Qualifications:
- FINRA licenses SIE, 7 & 63
- Web marketing experience
Desirable Experience:
- Previously worked within a Financial Services organisation
- Worked within a Corporate Access or Event Management Team
